Fried egg with Chinese Style Sausage over Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 Chinese style sausage
- 1 Micro Pharms Fried Chili Oil
Instructions
- Put the washed rice and water in the rice cooker in a 1:1 water-to-rice ratio.
- Cook on the white rice setting.
- When it’s done, let the rice sit in the rice cooker for 10-20 minutes, then gently fluff with a spoon.
- Crack each egg into a ramekin or small bowl.
- Add sliced Chinese style sausage
- Brush a nonstick skillet with olive oil and heat over low heat. Pour in the eggs and sausage, cover with a clear glass lid, and continue to cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, or until the whites are set.
- Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with fried chili oil. Serve hot.
